The 30th meeting of the Cotton & Rural History Micro Conference is scheduled for Saturday, October 17 at 9:45am at the Audie Murphy American Cotton Museum in Greenville. 

Registration begins at 9am with the program running from 9:45 AM until 1:30 PM. The Museum is located at 600 I-30 East, Greenville, Texas. 

Our keynote presenter is Dr. Vicki Bynum, Distinguished Professor of History Emerita at Texas State University, San Marcos, who will introduce her new book, Deep Roots, Broken Branches: A history and Memoir. Dr. Bynum is the author of The Free State of Jones: Mississippi's Longest Civil War, which inspired an award-winning film in 2016.

The program also includes a public history panel and a panel by university students.
